* Credit analysis of the tenderer issued by a certified credit rating agency, not older than six months.
* Self-declaration from the board or general manager (with prokura) about expected financial development in 2026, which shall at least include:
* In particular, show previous annual accounts, income failure in 2025 and any ditto expenditure growth.
* What implication does this have for solidity and working capital
* Any measures to restore the balance
* Confirmation that a parent company guarantee or other guarantee will be provided from third parties (bank/financial) (see point 5 in Annex 1 Tender Letter).
The tenderer ́s technical and professional qualifications.: The key personnel at the tenderer (hereafter called the 'tenderer') shall have good implementation ability, stated here as competence and experience.
1 - Tenderers are required to have good competence and experience from equivalent assignments as a service provider. Equivalent assignments means activities within the nursing and welfare sector.
2 - Tenderers are required to have experience from assignments with equivalent operational and maintenance responsibilities for buildings that include 24/7 services.
Documentation requirements:
1 - Tenderers shall provide a list of relevant experience in the last three years, including a description of the assignment ́s content, date, recipient and scope/value or for key persons in the tenderer ́s management, an overview of and references connected to relevant experience from equivalent assignments in the last three years is required. Assignments on behalf of the Contracting Authority are seen as certified experience and references.
