Mestervik.
The new school facility shall have a central community function, and the facility shall therefore

The school is scheduled to be handed over to the municipality in May 2024, and the delivery and placing of fixtures is planned from 20.05.24 until 01.07.24. It is very important that the contracting authority's planned operations and end date for the delivery are upheld.

Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT). Tax certificate (see the tender documentation point 4.1)

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the agreement. Creditworthiness with no requirement for security will be sufficient to meet the requirement: K (see the tender documentation point 4.3)
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Credit assessment based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service. The certificate must not be older than 3 months from the tender deadline.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Reference assignments: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments; A description of the tenderer´s 3 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.
HSE: Tenderers must have a good and well functioning system for safeguarding HSE requirements. (see the tender documentation point 4.4)
System for quality assurance and environmental standard:
Quality system: Tenderers must have a good and well functioning quality system.
Environmental competence: Tenderers must have sufficient relevant environmental competence, control systems and routines for quality assurance to ensure that the service is carried out in an environmentally correct way and in accordance with relevant environmental requirements in the official legal requirements and the contract.
