Menova has a modern laundrette at Kilemoen industrial area in Hønefoss. The laundrette was started in 2003 and delivers to all municipal nursing homes in Ringerike and Hole, as well as most of the hotels in the region. The company is now in a phase where upgrades and efficiency drives are being planned for the laundry process.

Menova intends to procure new production equipment for the laundrette. The procurement will consist of the following units:
- 1 finishing tunnel with a folding and sorting function
- 1 Dry shaker connected to the existing laundry system
- 1 Barrier washing machine
- 2 tumble driers

Documentation requirement:
- Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
-Foreign companies: Proof that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have the sufficient financial strength to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement:
- A credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit information company that has permission to handle personal information.
- Menova will obtain the necessary documentation itself. This does not, therefore, need to be attached to the tender.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have experience from a minimum of 3 similar contracts in the last 3 years.
Documentation requirement:
A brief description of 3 of the tenderer's most relevant assignments in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). References will be contacted if needed to clarify relevance of the assignment. However, it is the tenderer´s responsibility to provide a description substantiating relevance.

Tenderers must have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
An account of the tenderer's average workforce over the last 3 years and of the number of assembly and service technicians that the tenderer has at their disposition for the execution of the contract/assignment.
The products must fulfil all the requirements in the Norwegian rules and regulations.
A signed self-declaration confirming that the equipment and assembly fulfils Norwegian rules and regulations, as well as the requirements in the Norske Vaskeriers Kvalitetstilsyn's branch standards.
The equipment must be compatible with the existing premises and equipment.
A signed self-declaration confirming that the equipment can be assembled and efficiently operated in the existing premises, and together with the equipment that is currently used in the laundrette.
