Oslo Municipality's entities have a continual need to procure licences and management of the municipality's licence contracts with the rights owners. Licence management is necessary in order to fulfil obligations to be correctly licences, at the same time that Oslo Municipality's costs must be kept at the lowest possible level in relation to the wanted access to functionality. A licence manager contributes to an overview of consumption and ownership; both Oslo Municipality as a whole, and for individual entities. In addition consultancy assistance will be requested in the field in the form of advice, courses, and training in order to cover any future needs.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the agreement.
Documentation requirement:
The company's last Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Report and Audit Report, as well as latest information of relevance to the company's fiscal numbers.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit ratings on its own initiative.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Very good experience with assistance in license management for large and/or complex contracting authorities is required. Large and/or complex contracting authorities means contracting authorities that, in size and/or complexity, are comparable with Oslo Municipality.
