The St. Hanshaugen district runs Lovisenberg Omsorg+ including the cafe.
The cafe at Lovisenberg Omsorg+ operates 365 days a year, and offers, amongst other things, dinners every day. It is available for residents, relatives, and the local community, those who live and work in the area. The cafe is also a large part of the local and cultural offer at Lovisenberg Omsorg+.
The cafe does not have a kitchen for preparing diners or reheating dinners, and therefore depends on buying ready made and hot dinners, called cook-serve. Ready hot dinners (cook-serve) will therefore be procured that are to be delivered to the cafe at Lovisenberg Omsorg+, Lovisenberggata 5 every day, year round (365/366) by 15.00, and must be ready for serving/selling from 15.00 - 16.30.

Omsorg+ is co-located adapted residences for elderly persons who can still manage by themselves, but who can no longer live in at home as it is not adapted for them. Person who move in rent a flat that has been granted to them, and use the offers associated with the residences, including the cafe.

The Omsorg+ concept includes basic services that facilitate activities, catering, and social events. The service area consists of a reception area with a landlord service that is staffed 24/7 year round, and an activity centre with a cafe and gym that has easy access by the main entrance, where residents and visitors can contact the landlord. The cafe has its entrance into the communal outside area, and is part of an activity centre with users from both the house and the local community. The service must provide security, promote health, stimulate activities, social gathering, and inspire voluntary contributions.
