The framework agreements shall ensure stable supply of ground fuel in peace, contingency situations, conflict, crisis and war, in order to ensure the Norwegian Armed Forces operative ability. See part II (General Contract Terms), Annex B (Requirement Specifications) and Annex D (Price Form) for further details on the extent of the procurement. Two framework agreements shall be signed with one tenderer per framework agreement. The two framework agreements are divided into the North and South regions.
