The tenderer is registered in a company register or a trade register in the member state in which the tenderer is established. As described in annex XI of directive 2014/24/EU; suppliers from certain member states may have to fulfil other requirements in the mentioned annex.

Regarding any other economic and financial requirements that have been stated in the notice or in the procurement documents, the tenderer declares that: Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Minimum requirement: The credit rating, which gives the tenderer credit worthy in accordance with an AAA rating system. This means that the tenderer shall have a rating equivalent to at least "A" after the mentioned ratin system in order to fulfil the requirement. Documentation requirement: Credit rating from a certified credit rating company that documents the tenderer being "credit worthy". The contracting authority reserves the right to verify the documentation by carrying out a separate credit check. The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the qualification deadline. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has demanded, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial capacity by another suitable document, bank guarantee etc.

Can tenderers submit certificates issued by independent bodies that document that the tenderer fulfils the stated quality assurance standards, including universal design requirements? Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have a functioning quality assurance system suitable for the offered service. Documentation requirement: An account of the tenderer ́s quality assurance system/quality management system. The account shall be on a maximum of two A4 pages. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent certification schemes, it will be sufficient to fulfil the requirement.

Is the tenderer able to submit certificates issued by independent bodies as documentation that the tenderer fulfils the stated environmental management systems or standards? Minimum qualification requirements Tenderers shall have an environmental management system. Documentation requirement: A brief and general description of the environmental management system that the tenderer will use for carrying out this contract. The description must be so detailed that the contracting authority can undertake an independent assessment of whether the tenderer's environmental management system can be seen as well-functioning for this contract. The description shall be on maximum one A4 page. If a tenderer is certified by a public certification body (EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn, ISO 14001 or other recognised environmental management systems or standards), it is sufficient to enclose a copy of an issued certificate.
