NAV Vestland would like to procure the labour market measure Clarification for persons who require more comprehensive clarification support than what the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Organisation can offer.
The work assessment includes mapping and assessing participants´ work abilities and any specific needs for assistance in getting or keeping work. The clarification measure shall contribute to participants having increased insight into their options in the labour market and of their own resources and skills for work. See the requirements specification in the tender documentation, Part III, annex 1 for further specifications of the requirements.

Service area A - includes the municipalities of Bergen, Voss, Kvam, Ulvik, Eidfjord and Ullensvang. In certain circumstances, it may also be necessary to serve users from Samnanger municipality and Austevoll municipality
The anticipated need for the entire service area is 195 - 220 parallel labour market measure places at any given time.
The requirement for service locations in the service area is: Bergen city centre and centrally in Voss municipality
(2 service locations). Bergen city centre means areas with postcodes: 5003 - 5007, 5010 -5018
The anticipated need for service locations in down town Bergen is 175-195 parallel places at any given time.
The anticipated need for the service location at Voss is 20-25 parallel places at any given time.
In addition, tenderers must also be able to deliver the service in Odda municipality and in Kvam municipality if there is a need for it. An extended response time will be given for deliveries in Odda and Kvam municipalities, cf. the requirements specification point 7.
