Implementation of attitude surveys on the toll road ring in Oslo and the surrounding area. Concerns two separate surveys for 2024 and 2025, with an option for equivalent surveys in 2026 and 2027.
The contracting authority has had responsibility for carrying out annual equivalent attitude surveys on behalf of PROSAM since 1989. The attitude surveys must mainly be carried out in the same way as previous years so that the results are comparable.
The main goal of the procurement is to map attitudes and behavioural changes connected to different conditions for the toll road ring amongst persons living in Oslo and Akershus over time.

The contracting authority has an option to extend the contract for a further 2 years, 1 year at a time.
