In connection with the transfer of property, legal due diligence is carried out on the properties to identify legal issues that are of significance to the transaction. It is planned that the transfer of the properties will take place in groups as each of the properties are finalised and the legal and financial conditions related to the transfer are clarified. In addition to assistance in carrying out legal due diligence, assistance with the design, negotiation and commencement contracts for the transactions must be provided, both for the entire transaction overall and for each individual group.

In connection with the transfer of properties from OVF to Dnk, there is a need for assistance in carrying out legal due diligence and contract assistance in connection with the commencement of transaction contracts. The assignment includes legal due diligence on 157 properties, as well as contract assistance related to the commencement of both the overall contract as well as group contracts for the transfer of properties in groups. The assignment will start immediately after the contract is signed, and the main part of the assignment will be carried out in 2023. However, some contract assistance work must also be expected in 2024 and 2025.
