The aim of the procurement is to procure a comprehensive parking system that safeguards the need for the municipality ́s parking department. This involves both a modern control and enforcement tool, a customer portal/app for closures, as well as a system for administration and case handling of installations. Important needs will i.a. be; - System that takes care of the officers ́ task of enforcement - System that facilitates the customer to be able to see the impositions and be able to complain about them - Printout with QR code - System for automatic redaction of pictures and license plates - Effective handling of wrongly parked electric scooters - Case handling system that can be used by several with distribution of assignments. - System that supports application and processing of HC cases. - System that has the possibility of processing permissions of different types. E.g. a housing zone, purchased permits and municipal permits. The procurement includes the delivery, implementation and operation of an overall parking system, including necessary modules, integrations, configuration and documentation. The contracting authority is uncertain about the extent of the procurement, but estimates that the total contract value for the contract over a period of four years, including options, can be in the range of NOK 1,800,000 excluding VAT and NOK 5,000,000 excluding VAT. This is an estimate and it shall not carry any obligations for the Contracting Authority or rights for the Tenderer. Subject to changes due to changed financial framework conditions, organisational changes and municipal activity.
