Procurement of accommodation capacity for asylum seekers prior to registration with the police - Trøndelag

As a result of increased asylum arrivals following the outbreak of war in Ukraine, arrangements have been made for asylum seekers under collective protection to be registered with the police in several parts of the country. UDI and the Norwegian Police Service have set up accommodation solutions near the police registration points. Asylum seekers will stay in the accommodation centre from the time they report to the police/accommodation centre for registration until they are registered and ready to move to new housing.
The delivery will include 50 locations in Trondheim and/or Stjørdal municipality, with proximity and easy communication conditions with public transport to Trondheim police station, address: Gryta 4, 7010 Trondheim.
The contract period starts on the agreed start-up date and runs until 31.12.2023, with the possibility for the UDI to extend for 3+3+3 months.

This will be a contract between the UDI and the Tenderer for the procurement of accommodation (board and lodging). The contract is not exclusive for the Tenderer. The UDI must be able to make use of the accommodation at any time. The delivery will include 50 locations in Trondheim and/or Stjørdal municipality, with proximity and easy communication conditions with public transport to Trondheim police station, address: Gryta 4, 7010 Trondheim.

The contract will concern:
- Accommodation.
- At least 4 meals per day.
- Access to meeting rooms or other common areas adapted to leisure activities for children, and as required by collaborative partners (e.g. volunteer organisations, police and health services).
- Accommodation for pets (including access to food): The contract period starts from the agreed start date and runs until 31.12.2023, with the possibility for UDI to extend for 3+3+3 months.
