Arendal Municipality will procure a new wheeled excavator. This will replace an existing excavator that is to be taken in part exchange. See point 4 of the contract and/or point 46 of the requirements specification. The excavator will be used for maintenance and construction work as well as preparedness and we want to procure an excavator that is well suited for the aforementioned purpose. A pig hammer adapted for the machine must also be included as an option (see the requirements specification).
The estimated value of the procurement is NOK 2.4 million excluding VAT for the excavator
In addition to the procurement of an excavator, a contract is also wanted for ongoing service and maintenance in the guarantee period.
