The project Centre for Psychiatric Health Øya (SPH) is am important project for St. Olav's Hospital Trust and NTNU in developing an integrated university hospital in Trondheim, wherein the aim is for the project to deliver a future-oriented and modern centre with areas for research, education and clinical acitvities.
St. Olav's Hospital Trust and NTNU are the project owners of the project Centre for Psychiatric Health at Øya in Trondheim (SPH) and will both be the contracting authority and contract party for the project. The contracting authority has engaged Sykehusbygg HF to safeguard the project management of the project.
The contract will be executed as an integrated project delivery (IPL) with a 3rd-party contract between the builders, IPL contractors and IPL consultants. This procurement concerns IPL consultancy.
