Quality management system
The tenderer must have a good environmental management system.
The tenderer shall describe the established quality management system. The requirement is considered to be satisfied if the tenderer is certified according to ISO 9001. A copy of certificate thereof must be attached to the tender.

Taxes and duties
The tenderer must have its tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
The tax certificate must not be more than 6 months old from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Financial solidity
The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Credit assessment based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
