Two sub-contracts shall be signed. The agreement shall contribute to the Stovner District delivering fitness facilities and a fitness instructor for residents in the district. Sub-contract 1 Group trainings elderly with cognitive decline/dementia. o Two groups per week o Approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes per group · Group trainings for healthy elderly persons. o Three groups per week o Approx. 1 hour per group · The training shall take place in the district ́s premises.
