The contract for the procurement of ongoing services (SSA-L) will be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless three months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date. The Contracting Authority (Customer) has the option to extend the SSA-B contract seven times by up to one year at a time (3+1+1+1+1+1+1+1).

The contract for continual service procurements (SSA-L) will run for 3 (three) years calculated from the delivery day. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority before the renewal date.

The Agreement governing assistance to be provided by a Consultant (SSA-B) shall have a duration of 3 (three) years from the time of signing. Option for the Contracting Authority (Customer) to extend the contract seven times by up to one year at a time (3+1+1+1+1+1+1+1).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement 2: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual terms.
Good credit worthiness will be sufficient to meet the requirement.
Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Experian.
If a tenderer has a justifiable reason for not presenting the requested documentation, he can
document his economic and financial capacity can be accepted by presenting any other document
the contracting authority considers suitable.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement 3: Tenderers must have good experience from comparable deliveries.
Documentation requirement: Description of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last 3 years, including information on the contract value, the date of delivery or execution, and the name of the recipient.
Contact information for the contracting authority’s reference person who can verify the information given.
Responses are to be given in Annex 4.
Requirement 4: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract. Capacity refers to available personnel with relevant expertise for the execution of the contract.
Documentation requirement: A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at disposal for fulfilment of the contract.
Requirement 5: Tenderers must have established satisfactory quality assurance methods.
Documentation requirement: The requirement can be fulfilled with a copy of a quality assurance certificate (ISO 9001/equivalent), issued by an accredited certification body.
Alternatively, documentation of the tenderer´s system for quality assurance as well as how it is implemented and managed internally can be documented.
Requirement 6: Tenderers must have a sufficient Information security management system established.
Documentation requirement: This requirement must be documented through one of the options below:
1. Copy of statement of applicability and certificate of information security (ISO27001 or equivalent), issued by an accredited certification body.
2. Description of the tenderer’s quality assurance system as well as how it is implemented and managed internally.
