The following municipalities participate: Ålesund, Sykkylven, Sula, Haram, Giske and Sykkylven.
In addition to the municipalities, entities that are organised under them can, including municipal companies (KF), inter-municipal cooperation (IKS), municipal limited companies (AS), foundations, endowments etc., use the contract.
