RIIK will sign the contract on behalf of the municipalities.
The procurement includes clinical veterinary duty services outside of normal working hours for the Kongsvinger and Solør duty district.
For each duty district, a contract will be signed with one tenderer, who will be responsible for the overall delivery; responsible for adequate staffing for the scheme, setting up a duty plan for the duty scheme so that the necessary veterinary expertise is available at all times, as well as replacement in the event of illness, holiday or other absence.

We expect the contract to commence on 01.01.2024.
All interested tenderers must register their interest in participating in the procurement process. This is done by submitting an application to participate in the procurement process. To participate, interested tenderers must fulfil the qualification requirements specified in the attached qualification documentation.

The contract will be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act (PPA) LOV-2016-06-17-73 and the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) FOR 2016-08-12-974, part I and part IV.
Tenderers must register their interest in participating in the upcoming procurement process. This is done by submitting an application to participate in the procurement process. To participate, the tenderer must fulfil the requirements for participation (qualification requirements). The stakeholders that meet the requirements for participation after the application deadline will be invited to further dialogue with the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to reduce the number of potential tenderers with which a dialogue will be held. Once the terms of the agreement have been clarified and formulated, tenderers who participated in the dialogues will be given the opportunity to submit their final offers. The tenderer who submits the best offer based on a fixed price/quality ratio will be awarded the contract.
