The obligation to make requirements or criteria does not apply if the procurement has a climate footprint and an environmental impact that is immaterial, cf. the fifth link.
The most significant of the environmental impact in this procurement is assessed to be connected to the executive consultant by virtue of being employed, such as the need for office space and equipment, energy consumption and the generation of waste. These are generic terms related to general office operation and not the nature of the procurement - implementation of valuation and valuation. In any case, these conditions have been captured through qualification requirements connected to the environmental management system.
Based on this, exceptions from taking care of climate and environmental considerations are seen in accordance with § 7-9 fifth paragraph as fulfilled. The contracting authority also refers to guidelines from DFØ1om procurements that have immaterial climate footprint and environmental protection.
