Changes have been made to three of the documents in the tender documentation. There is an overview of this in the document 'changes in the new contest'.
- The pumps must also be suited for epidural use , subcutaneously, intravenously, spinally, peripherally blockade and with the possibility of patient-controlled analgesia (PCA).
- The intended use is patient-control and nurse-control for mainly algolysis, with medicines in the analgesics and sedatives groups of medicines. The pump must be suitable for use of continuous infusion as well as supply of bolus infusions and be well suited for use on mobilized patients, in and outside hospitals / institutions.

- The pumps will be used in various departments in Helse Vest RHF's hospitals, such as anaesthesia, postoperative, bed post and pain clinic.
The pumps will be used at health trusts (both at hospitals and for home treatment) in Bergen Hospital Trust, Stavanger Hospital Trust, Førde Hospital Trust, Fonna Hospital Trust],and at Haraldsplass Diakonale Sykehus AS.

Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Economic and financial capacity: Qualification requirement: The tenderer must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contractual obligations. Documentation requirement: The contracting authority will assess the tenderer's compliance with the qualification requirement in the following way: *Credit appraisals. If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove the economic and financial capacity with another document, including for example a parent company guarantee, bank guarantee, etc. The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain a rating report from www.solidtet.no (delivered by Bisnode Credit AS/Dun & Bradstreet) to verify that a tenderer has sufficient economic and financial ability to comply with the contract obligations.
