Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

• Registration in the company register - copy of a company registration certificate.

• Central certification for the company - copy of a valid certificate in measure class 3.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

• Certificate for the payment of tax and VAT –

o copy of a certificate issued by the competent authority, confirming that the tenderer has fulfilled his obligations as regards the payment of taxes and duties in accordance with the current legislation. The certificate must not be older than six months, calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.

• Sufficient economic ability and security to fulfil the contract obligations –

o copy of a credit assessment/rating carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. The assessment must not be older than 6 months, must be based on the last known accounting figures and must include accounting information with the key figures for the last three years. The credit rating shall conclude that the company is credit worthy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

• Tenderer's experience from comparable deliveries/assignments –

o Short description of the tenderer’s most relevant assignments in the last five years. The description must include information of the assignment's value, date and recipient. Relevant assignments in this context will be the planning of nursing homes with at least two levels, or other public buildings/purpose buildings of similar complexity. Information must be provided in the attached template (see Appendix 3).

• The tenderer's competence –

o Documented with CVs of at least one consultant in each specialised area. One and the same consultant may fulfil several of the specified functions provided that they are qualified. The description in the table in chap. 5.3 specifies the minimum requirements related to expertise and experience for the various roles in the engineering design team. Requirements according to the table below are documented in the attached CV template (see Appendix 2)
