The framework agreement shall cover the contracting authority’s ongoing need for plumbing services for municipal buildings, facilities and installations. The agreement includes planned maintenance, minor installations and repairs, as well as emergency call-out services when required. The scope of supply includes, but is not limited to: Plumbing services related to operation, maintenance and minor installation works. Emergency response services in the event of faults, leaks and other critical operational incidents. Supply and installation of materials necessary for the performance of the services. The framework agreement does not include larger projects or procurements that the contracting authority chooses to tender separately. The contracting authority reserves the right to conduct separate procurement procedures for individual purchases or projects where the scope, complexity or value of the procurement so requires.

With regard to any other economic and financial requirements specified in the contract notice or the procurement documents, the supplier declares the following minimum qualification requirement: The supplier shall provide a tax certificate confirming that the company has no outstanding VAT or tax liabilities. The certificate must not be older than six (6) months. Any outstanding liabilities must be explained.

Can the supplier provide certificates issued by independent bodies demonstrating compliance with the required environmental management systems or standards? Minimum qualification requirement: The supplier shall have an environmental management system that meets, as a minimum, the requirements of ISO 14001 or Miljøfyrtårn (Eco-Lighthouse). If the supplier does not have such a system in place at the time of contract award, the supplier undertakes to establish or obtain certification for an environmental management system within twelve (12) months of contract award. Upon request, the supplier shall be able to document the status of the work related to establishing the environmental management system. Failure to comply with this requirement within the specified deadline shall be considered a material breach of contract.
