Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Qualification Requirement: Tenderer must be a legally established company.
Documentation Requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign tenderers: Proof that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or a Register of Business Enterprises as determined by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have the economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment/contract throughout the entire contract period.
Documentation requirement: A credit rating of the tenderer from a global credit rating agency or a provider with a Norwegian permission (not older than 2 months).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have good experience from similar deliveries. Similar deliveries means deliveries within the areas mentioned in point 1.3.
Documentation requirement: A description of similar deliveries in the last three years, calculated from the tender deadline. A delivery that has not been completed by the tender deadline can also be relevant. The descriptions must contain:
Name of customer.
Date
Services provided
The scope of the services
Qualification requirement: Tenderers must have the capacity to carry out the assignments.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must provide an overview of the number of resources available for the execution of the framework agreement within the discipline. One resource can cover one or more assignment types, but all the assignment types must be covered.

Documentation requirement: A description and documentation of a quality assurance system.
If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
Qualification requirement: Tenderer’s must have a good environmental management system.
Documentation requirement: A description of the environmental management measures that have been implemented in the company.
If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001 or equivalent standards, it is sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate.
