The purpose of this framework agreement is to ensure that the contracting authorities, Drammen Municipality and Glitrevannverket, have access to electrical services for water and wastewater facilities. The framework agreement shall cover the need for electrical services for water and wastewater installations, including, but not limited to, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, installation services, alterations, documentation in the form of drawings and electronic documentation, declarations of conformity, programming of sensors and process equipment, and general work on low-voltage installations up to 1000 V. The framework agreement also includes inspections of electrical installations in water and wastewater installations. The scope of the agreement may include both large and small assignments and projects. The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with three (3) tenderers. If the tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS, Miljøfyrtårn or equivalent, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document that a standard is equivalent.

Documentation requirements:
Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service.
If the tenderer chooses to rely on another company to fulfil the requirement, the tenderers are joint and severally responsible.

The description shall not exceed 1 A4 page per reference assignment, Arial, font size 11. The contracting authority will not assess reference assignments that exceed the limit for the number of pages or the number of requested assignments.
