Parallel framework agreements for consultancy services

The aim of the procurement is to enter into parallel framework agreements for special competence within advisory and consultancy services in clearly limited and defined assignments/project. The contracts can also be used for external quality assurance.
The requested consultancy services are divided into two lots (competence areas), and independent tender contests will be held for each competence area.
We will award a contract to up to 3 tenderers per lot.
The volume per lot is estimated to be:
- Business development - the estimated volume over 4 years is NOK 27 million
- Digitalisation - the estimated volume over 4 years is NOK 18 million.
