PARALLEL ASSIGNMENTS FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT OF THE OLD VETERINARY COLLEGE

Oslo kommune v/ Oslobygg KF

To explore opportunities offered by the existing property and associated buildings,
the Contracting Authority is announcing a tender contest for joint parallel assignments. We would like answers as to what
development the buildings and site can withstand and how ambitions and goals can be realised in a comprehensive
plan. The parallel assignments will not provide a final answer as to how the property will be developed, but will
be an important knowledge base for cooperation, planning initiatives and concept selection studies that Oslo
municipality will carry out in connection with the relevant purpose-built buildings to be placed on
the property.

the assignment. Refer also to the attached ambition document for the overall development of
the property. This describes the Contracting Authority's common goals and ambitions that will form the basis for
both the parallel assignments and further planning processes.
