About the contract
The main problem in this Stimlab project concerns exploring better feedback loops that ensure that knowledge gained from users and service providers is communicated to premiss providers in administration - the trade directorates and ministries. The aim is to get necessary changes in central administration's organisation and efforts by these being based on a more general knowledge basis.
