DFØ invites all tenderers to a digital tender conference Monday 27 April, 13:00 - 14:00. The work on KVU Fremtidens regnskapstjenester will be presented here.
If a tenderer would like to participate in the tender conference, tenderers are asked to send a message in the KGV with the name and email of the participant(s). DFØ will then send a team invitation to the meeting.

The preliminary project will be carried out with resources from DFØ ́s office locations in Trondheim and Oslo. There are no requirements for the location for the consultants, but some travel activities between the office locations must be expected. Invoices of travel costs will be agreed between the parties at the start/before travel is carried out.

The indicative budget limit for the assignment is NOK 4-6 million excluding VAT.
The budget limit is not binding. The assignment ́s extent will depend on the decision in KS1 and within the frameworks described in the tender documentation will be set out in dialogue with the chosen tenderer when the assistance assignment starts.

Vilkår for kontraktoppfyllelse:
The procurement is for consultancy services for a preliminary project for the concept choice review (KVU) Future Accounting Services. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the implementation of the preliminary project depends on a decision in KS1 that suggests a continuation of the concept.
If KS1 fully or partially recommends that the measure is not continued, or that the preliminary project is not appropriate, the contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the competition, fail to enter into contract or make adjustments to the scope of the assignment. Such a decision does not form the basis for compensation claims from the tenderers.
