The course must give the students an insight into common basic principles for management which also form the basis of national management education for the primary health service. It will be an advantage if the online management course could be stimulated to serve as a preparatory course for specialisation through the national management education for the primary health service.

The online management course will provide 5 credits. The target group is managers inthe municipal health and care services. This includes professionals who have the potential to become managers and employees who have extended responsibilities in quality and service development. A bachelor's degree is required for admission to the course. The course must be at the master's level.
