Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Trondheim municipality c/o The Municipal Engineering department shall upgrade the road, water and sewage along Øvre Bakklandet from Lillegårdsbakken and further south along Vollabakken to the junction with Klostergata/Christian Klosters gate. The aim of the project is to improve accessibility for road users. New separate pipes for wastewater and surface water will reduce sewage emissions and provide cleaner water in the River Nidelva, and new water pipes will provide safer water supply in the future. The road profile shall be changed, with a wider pavement and cycle path along the road ́s west side and summer pavement on the east side of the road. From Lillegårdsbakken up to and including where Nidelvstien takes off at Øvre Bakklandet 24A/22, the street design shall be of the same character as the neighbouring project Øvre Bakklandet, i.e. large cobbles in the traffic zone and slate slates on the pavement. From there up to Christian Klosters gate/Klostergata there will be an asphalt cover on the road and pavement. New road lights shall be established along the entire stretch. Public water and sewage pipelines and the accompanying manholes are to be renewed for most of the stretch, including the crossing area at Lillegårdsbakken. Separate private sewage pipelines are facilitated and serviced to private water pipelines. A natural stone wall on the west side of Vollabakken is in bad condition. The wall must be partially demolished and reconvented. A green area shall be established between Vollabakken 5B and 9A, with benches, lighting and trees. There are some developed beds and other elements along Øvre Bakklandet and Vollabakken that shall be built up when they are touched by construction work. Tensio will participate in the project and will establish a channel for high voltage along the entire road stretch and renew low voltage cables. This is done in order to improve the security of supply of electricity. Participation is facilitated from one fibre company who wishes to participate in the project. The contract comprises approx. the following quantities: - 550 m alterations to a road profile with a pavement, cycle path and roadway, of which approx. 120 m of Bakkland profile, adaptations to buildings and properties - approx. 460 m W&S ditch (uncompacted matter), temporary alterations of pipes - 16 water manholes - 10 waste water manholes - 11 surface water manholes - 20 light masts; 6 with Trolla fixtures, 14 with Copenhagener fixtures - 11 wall-mounted Trolla fixtures - approx. 1,200 m cable trenches - 23 sand traps, 3 auxiliary drains - 545 m drain pipes - approx. 80 m2 wall, demolition of the existing and reconstruction of new - approx. 550 m OPI channel - temporary alteration of cables including high voltage establishment of a minor recreational area with planting and seatingIt is recommended that the construction work starts at Nidelvstien with staggered construction northwards to Lillegårdsbakken and interface in the north. Then the facility continues south from Nidelvstien to the junction of Christian Klosters gate/Klostergata. There shall only be one attack point with deep excavation. Ditch boxes shall be used on parts of the stretch and heavy ditch protection (linear securing) at some manhole groups. The construction work shall take place in an area where there are many soft road users and there are many neighbouring properties. Residents and entities shall have access to their properties during the construction period. Emergency services, sanitation etc. shall have acceptable accessibility during the site period. Contractors must attend to dialogue with cable departments, emergency departments, TRV, the county (archaeology, interface with the county road), AtB and possibly other departments. The contractor must coordinate with and deal with three other contracts: Interface in the north towards the project Bakklandet veg. Planned to be completed December 2026.The project Bergsbakken «Øvre Bakklandet – Lillegårdsbakken OV-pipeline» with, among other things, the establishment of crossing water and sewage installations at Nidelvstien and measures in Lillegårdsbakken. The project is probably completed in summer 2026, but this is somewhat uncertain. The NTNU/Campus project with the establishment of a water and sewage facility at the junction of Christian Klosters gate/Klostergata. Work at the junction is included in this description, but will be carried out if the NTNU/Campus project carries out its work first. If so, the interface in the south will be changed.

Equivalent assignments means a construction project in a town environment that involves water and sewage installations, road building and phased traffic management in the construction phase.
