Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers shall have an annual minimum turnover that exceeds the estimated value of the contract.
Documentation requirement:
The company's Annual Financial Statements for the last 2 completed financial years, including the board's annual report, income statement, balance sheet, notes, and auditor's report. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation required by the contracting authority, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation.

Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Tenderers shall be credit worthy. Documentation requirement: Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly certified credit rating institution. If the tenderer has a justifiable reason for not submitting the documentation that the contracting authority has required, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documentation, such as confirmation from the auditor about the company's finances or a bank guarantee.

Only for public building and construction works: During the reference period the tenderer has carried out the following work of the requested type. The contracting authority can require up to five years experience and allow experience from the previous five years to be taken into consideration.
Minimum qualification requirements
Requirements:
Tenderers shall have experience from equivalent assignments. Equivalent assignments means a construction project in a town environment that involves water and sewage installations, road building and phased traffic management in the construction phase.
Documentation requirement:
Description of the tenderer's three most relevant contracts in the course of the last 5 years. A minimum of 2 of the assignments shall be completed. The description must include:
- The scope of the assignment
- the assignment ́s value
-Time
- contract party (name, telephone number and email address).
It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the reference person.

If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to enclose certification.
