Set Design in NRK has an increasing need for technical lighting assistance that covers assembly, integration, and programming technical lighting components in set design and studios for media production. This represents multiple individual assignments/projects during the year as well as variations in size and scope.
NRK extends an invitation to an open tender contest for a framework agreement with a tenderer to cover this need. The framework agreement will apply for NRK nationwide in Norway, but the work will primarily be done in Oslo.
The framework will include:
- Engineering design based on a basis worked out by NRK's designers and set designers.
- Assembly and integration of technical lighting systems and components.
- Upgrading existing and new systems with reused equipment.
- Programming and configuration of technical lighting systems.
- NRK currently mainly uses GrandMA2/3 and Pharos controls as the platform in such projects.
- Consultancy services.
- Documentation of technical lighting systems

Estimert totalverdi: 20 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
We estimate that the volume will be approx. NOK 1.5 million - NOK 2 million a year for the entire contract scope. The contract will, however, have a total volume of up to NOK 20 million. NRK cannot, however, bind itself to a specific volume, as the need can vary greatly depending on programme production, technological developments, replacement timing, upgrades/supplementary need, and the financial framework conditions in the contract period.

The contract will be valid for two years from when it is signed, with a unilateral option for NRK to extend twice for one year, so that the total contract period can be 4 years (2+1+1). Any operations or support contract can be valid for a longer duration.
