The client must acquire an external group-wide notification system which involves both a digital notification solution and a notification reception provided by the same supplier. By digital notification solution is meant an anonymous, secure and encrypted notification solution for the entire group that can be linked to on the intranet and websites for use by both own employees, contractors, suppliers and the general public.
Notification reception means a service where notifications are to be received and possibly processed in accordance with the legislation and detailed guidelines in force at any given time.
