The purpose of the procurement is to associate with one or more service providers who will be a resource, participant and advisory body in relation to health, environment and safety work, and will contribute to leaders at all levels can safeguard their HSE responsibility. The company health service must safeguard the employer's statutory obligations in accordance with the Working Environment Act and the associated regulations. Furthermore, the contracting authority wants a company health service where emphasis is placed on development of the municipality's systematic HSE work, preventative work and information, as well as training, advice and information both on an individual and business level.
