The aim of the procurement is to establish a contract for the procurement, development, and delivery of a publication system (CMS), as well as a new design for the Royal Family's new websites. Interested tenderers must submit a tender for the design and publication system together, possibly in cooperation with sub-suppliers.
The contracting authority wants the publication system delivered as a cloud service, which involves the services provided over the internet from the tenderer's platform and associated software and storage of data.
Tenders must include all licence costs for the use of the system, operation, and maintenance, access to support and continual assistance, training site editors, delivery of a web hotel (server, lines), and registering services. Moving content, graphical design, and development of the new websites are also part of this procurement.
The offered system must be in accordance with the current requirements for personal protection and universal design.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. The certificate must not be older than 6 months from the qualification deadline.

The credit rating must not be older than 3 months calculated from the qualification deadline.
