Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
Alstahaug, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of a New Sports Hall in Sandnessjøen.The contracting authority would like tenders from suppliers with the qualifications necessary to fulfil the contract. A framework permission has been applied for for the measure, as well as consent from the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. Decisions are expected when the contract is signed. Any terms connected to the Framework Permission or the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority ́s consent will be added to the competition as soon as this is available. The multi-purpose hall shall be established at Sandnessjøen secondary school and it shall fulfil the requirements for playing means. This applies to several functions. Two options are requested: Alt 1: Multi-purpose hall with activity area 25x45 m including changing rooms set and grandstands. Spinning rooms, test lab, power room and dance room/floormat technical rooms are on floor U, under vestibulum and judge wardrobes. Alt 2 (option): A total of 1, but with an extension over three levels. Technical rooms will be laid on level U, the menstrual hall and boulder room are located on floor 1. The plan 2 has squash courts and an upper part of the claw wall. Supplements for all 2 including changes in the outdoor area will be priced in the option. Climbing wall elements are not included in the delivery. An addition to alternative 2 will be priced as an option. See the price form.

The procurement shall be carried out in accordance with the Public Procurement Act dated 17 June 2016 (LOA) and public procurement regulations (FOA) FOR 2016-08-12-974 parts I and part III.
