Hovden Prosjektutvikling AS is announcing this contest for the procurement of a partnering contractor for the development and construction of 'New' Hovden Swimming Pool.
The assignment includes engineering design services for and the construction of a new swimming pool connected to the existing swimming pool at Hovden in Bykle Municipality, All the described professional groups from the draft and preliminary project (phase 1) to the detailed engineering design services and execution (phase 2) will be included.
The new swimming pool will be dimensioned to include a 25m pool with a diving tower, in addition to a sauna, well-being and waterfall pool, and spa functions. In addition new access with a reception area, climbing tower, and a new grandstand/staircase down to the football pitch are to be established.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the set contest value of NOK 150 million is not a representative value. The estimated contract value is approx. NOK 90 million - NOK 110 million.
