1: Draw out 3 floors (level 4) above the office facilities
2.a: Roof-top solar panel system, western building.
2.b: Roof-top solar panel system, eastern building. Assuming that option 1 is not triggered.
3: Extra spotlights for residences
4: Automatic door openers for residences
5: Upgrade of kitchens in residences
6: Amplifier system for induction loops, speakers and microphones
7: Plant walls.

Payment of tax:
Requirement: Tenderers must have their tax, payroll tax and VAT payments in order in accordance with the legal provisions, and tenderers must not have significant arrears.
Documentation requirement: For Norwegian tenderers: Tax Certificate, not older than six months from the application deadline.

For Norwegian tenderers:
Certificate for tax and VAT issued by the tax office via Altinn; any arrears or other irregularities must be justified. For foreign tenderers:
Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have orderly conditions in relation to the payment of tax and duties. If the authorities in the relevant country do not issue such certificates, the tenderer should submit a declaration stating that all taxes and duties have been paid. The statement must be approved and signed by the tenderer's Financial Director/person responsible for finance.

Requirement: Tenderers must be a legally established company.
Documentation requirements: Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Confirmation that the tenderer is registered in a trade register or company register in accordance with the law in the country where the tenderer is established.

Requirement:
Tenderers must have the financial strength to be able to fulfil the contract. Financial strength is assessed in terms of revenue, solvency, profitability, liquidity and payment history.
Documentation requirement:
The tenderer's Annual Financial Statements including notes with the board and auditor's reports from 2021 and 2022. If the Annual Financial Statements for the previous year (2022) are not finished before the tender deadline for this contest, the preliminary Annual Financial Statements for the previous year must be attached.

EXPERIENCE:
Requirement: Tenderers must have experience from similar projects in terms of the nature, size and complexity.
Documentation requirement: Documentation of 2-3 relevant projects carried out by the tenderer in the last 7 years.
Use "Part 1 Appendix 3 Reference Descriptions" when describing relevant projects.
MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR QUALITY
Requirement: Tenderers must have a documented quality management system.
Documentation requirement: Tenderers must briefly describe their quality management system that shows that it has been implemented by the tenderer. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, it is sufficient to attach a copy of the valid certificate.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Requirement: Tenderers must have a documented environmental management system.
Documentation requirement: A short description of the tenderer's environmental management system that shows that it has been implemented by the tenderer. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 14001, Eco-Lighthouse, EMAS, or equivalent, it is sufficient to attach a copy of a valid certificate.
