Framework agreement for the procurement of medicine refrigerators. There will be an annual need for 20-40 refrigerators for Oslo University Hospital Trust. In 2024, there will be a need to procure just over 40 refrigerators for the hospital pharmacies in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority (at St. Olavs Hospital Trust in Trondheim). In addition, there may be some need at other health trusts in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The Contracting Authority can extend the agreement for up to 2 years, by 1 year at a time. The total maximum contract period is 4 years. The options are activated automatically and on identical terms unless otherwise requested by the Contracting Authority

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
1. Tax and VAT certificate.
2. Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contract obligations. Sufficient means an achieved credit rating equivalent to A or better.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
1. Certificates not older than 6 months.
2. A credit assessment from a certified credit rating agency based on the most recent known accounting figures. The rating must not be older than three months. When using a parent company guarantee, the credit rating of the parent company must be presented. A bank guarantee can be submitted that provides equivalent guarantee for the ability to fulfil the contract.

A description of the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management during the last three years.
A description of whether parts of the contract are intended to be performed by subcontractors.
