Vitamin D is currently analysed on 2 LC-MS/MS systems that utilise "Stream-select", so that the samples from 2 LCs are injected alternately on the same MS/MS. (totalling 4 LCs and 2 MS/MSs).

Laboratories want to replace one of the two systems and aim to enter into a loan agreement for 1 LCMSMS for the analysis of vitamin D to cover the need for 60,000 vitamin D analyses.

The financing model must be based on price per approved sample result. Reagents for sample preparation, controls, calibrators, mobile phases, columns etc. are not part of this tender.

Varighet: 48 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The loan agreement will have a duration of four (4) years from the date of commencement. The contracting authority can extend the contract for one (1) year at a time for up to two (2) years. The maximum contract period is six (6) years (4+1+1).

Tenderers must be registered in a company register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a professional register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

A) The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from Bisnode Dun & Bradstreet or Bisnode CreditPro. The credit rating that will form the basis for qualification for this contest will be no lower than "Creditworthy" (equivalent to A at Bisnode CreditPro, DB).

The information will be obtained after the tender deadline and on the same date for all tenderers.

B) Newly established companies, or companies that are rated lower than A or equivalent, can instead present a parent company guarantee or extracts from the last 2 annual accounts that document sufficient financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations. Alternatively, a parent company guarantee, the auditor´s report or a bank guarantee that provides equivalent security for the ability to fulfil the contract. If a parent company guarantee is provided, the parent company will be rated in an equivalent way so the requirement for A or equivalent thus applies to the parent company. The company organisation number shall be provided for the parent company if a parent company guarantee is used.

Tenderers must have sufficient ability and capacity to fulfil the contract obligations.

The contracting authority will consider the tenderer’s experience with deliveries of the products included in the contract. Documentation requirements:

An overview of the 3 most relevant goods deliveries or the services that the tenderer has performed during the last three years, together with information about the contract value, the date of delivery or implementation and the name of the recipient.

A description of the technical personnel or technical units, particularly those who are responsible for quality control, that the tenderer has at disposal to fulfil the contract.
