KK - Framework agreement - Plumbing services

Kristiansund kommune

Kristiansund municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with three tenderers for plumbing services and 24 hour duty stand-by. The contract shall cover both renovation of existing buildings and minor new buildings, and cover the contracting authority ́s ongoing needs. The estimated contract value is NOK 2,000,000,000 per annum, with an upper limit of NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT per annum, depending on the municipality ́s grants. The contracting authority is not obliged to procure services for this sum. A detailed description of the delivery is in 02 (requirement specifications). The contract period is 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further 1+1 years, so that the total length can be up to four years. The option will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives written notification at least two months before the option period starts.

Credit rating based on the last available and published fiscal figures. The contracting authority will check credit rating via Proff Forvalt. Newly established companies or companies that are rated lower than credit worthy can present documentation that demonstrates sufficient financial solidity. Such documentation can be a parent company guarantee or a bank guarantee, which documents sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. If a parent company guarantee is provided, the parent company will rate in an equivalent way so the requirement for credit worthiness thus applies to the parent company. The contracting authority reserves the right to assess whether the documentation is sufficient. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports.
