Credit rating based on the last available and published fiscal figures.
The contracting authority will check credit rating via Proff Forvalt. Newly established companies or companies that are rated lower than credit worthy can present documentation that demonstrates sufficient financial solidity. Such documentation can be a parent company guarantee or a bank guarantee, which documents sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations. If a parent company guarantee is provided, the parent company will rate in an equivalent way so the requirement for credit worthiness thus applies to the parent company. The contracting authority reserves the right to assess whether the documentation is sufficient.
The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain further credit ratings or other financial information that, but not limited to, Annual Financial Statements including notes, the Board's Annual Reports and Audit Reports.
