The procurement includes meeting room equipment, video conference equipment, monitors, projectors, cameras, document cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, sound installations, and room booking panels, as well as relevant accessories for these products. The procurement also covers associated software, as well as assembly, installation, configuration, and preparation of equipment procured under the contract.

The contract owner has an option to extend the Joint Contract for a further 1+1 year. The maximum duration of the joint contract including the options is 4 (four) years.
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The procurement includes an option for the procurement of centralised services, consultancy, engineering design of locations, set-up of control panels, licensing, service, support, and maintenance contracts. The procurement also includes an option for the procurement of equipment for auditoriums and major course and conference premises, control panels, LED walls, equipment for AV production, interactive boards, smart/whiteboards, and personal equipment.

Requirement: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company registration certificate.
Foreign tenderers: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement: Tenderers must have relevant experience from comparable deliveries as described in the tender documentation. Comparable means a high number of delivery sites with a wide geographical spread.
Documentation requirement:
Description of the supplier's three most relevant contracts during the last three years. The description must include information of the assignment's value, date and recipient. It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. If a tenderer cannot refer to minimum three relevant deliveries in the last three years, documentation of relevant deliveries older than 3 years will be taken into consideration, however not older than 5 years.

Requirement: Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and resources to execute the contract.
A statement must be given for the tenderer's average annual workforce and the number of employees in management in the last 3 years. If the tenderer uses the capacity of other businesses, it must be documented that that tenderer has authority over the necessary resources by presenting a commitment statement from these businesses, see Annex 10: Commitment Statement Template. Separate ESPD self-declaration must be submitted for such businesses, cf. the Contest Provisions point 5.1.
