Requirement 1: Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established. Documentation requirement: Norwegian tenderers: Copy of a company registration certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre. Foreign companies: Documentation that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Requirement 2: Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Documentation requirement: A credit rating based on the most recent fiscal figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 3: Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Comparable assignments means the provision of ICT consultancy services. Experience from assignments with an equivalent scope in volume is not required. Documentation requirement: Description of up to three of the most relevant assignments during the last three years. The description must include a statement of the assignment value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and e-mail address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document experience by referring to the competence of personnel at disposal for this assignment, including experience that has been acquired while personnel performed services for another supplier.

Requirement 4: Tenderers must have adequate good quality assurance routines. Documentation requirement: A description of the tenderer's management system/quality system. If a tenderer is certified in accordance with ISO 9001 or equivalent standards, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate. The requirement must be fulfilled by both the tenderer and any collaborating companies.
