The contracting authority wants tenders for buildings that are operated for its own uses and under the direction of churches. This includes machinery/equipment/movable property (hereinafter referred to as "mil"), as well as at leased premises. Several churches have parish halls. These have different ownership structures (e.g. foundations). Depending on the offer, KfiT wants these parish halls to be able to be brought together under the same tenderer.
