This includes machinery/equipment/movable property (hereinafter referred to as "mil"), as well as at leased premises. Several churches have parish halls. These have different ownership structures (e.g. foundations). Depending on the offer, KfiT wants these parish halls to be able to be brought together under the same tenderer.
One tenderer is required for the entire contract.

One tenderer is required for the entire contract.
The contract will apply from 01.01.2014 for four years, with an option to extend for one year.
The insurance shall include:
1 Buildings;
1.1 Insurance for churches and chapels (30 buildings), including "mil"
1.2 Insurance for operational buildings at the cemeteries (23 buildings), including "mil"
2 Nidaros Cathedral, insurance for "mil"
3 Leased office space, insurance for "mil" (11 locations)
4 Parish halls, option for insurance for buildings (11 buildings) including "mil"
New buildings that are erected/taken over from others during the contract period are insured with
the winner of the this competition.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
* The tenderer must be a legally established company.
- Documentation: Certificate of registration in a relevant trade or business register (Company Registration Certificate for Norwegian tenderers).
* License from the Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway [Finanstilsynet] to operate financing activities in Norway.
- Documentation: License from the Financial Supervisory Authority.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
* Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
- Documentation: The last year's accounts, including the board's Annual Report and the auditor's statement.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
* The tenderer's website must be in a Scandinavian language or have a translation function for this, so that communication and any damage reports can take place in Norwegian.
