The contest is divided into two lots:
1. Day conferences for 10-199 participants
2. Day conferences for 200-500 participants
Bergen municipality is entering an agreement with the following co-operating parties
Alver municipality, Øygarden municipality, Betanien rehabilitation and nursing home, Landås parish senior centre, Institute of Marine Research.
