The contract duration in accordance with SSA L, point 5.1 [The Norwegian Government's Standard Terms and Conditions L].
The Contracting Authority intends to enter into a contract for the delivery of the system. The tenderer who submits the best offer will be awarded the contract. As a starting point, the Government's Standard Agreement on Continuous Service Purchases (SSA-L) will be used as the contract format. The annexes will be completed in collaboration with the selected tenderer.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered a company register in accordance with the legislation in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to comply with the contractual obligations.
The tenderer must as a minimum be credit worthy without a requirement for guarantee.
Credit assessment based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating must be carried out by a credit rating agency with a licence to provide such service.
The contracting authority reserves the right to carry out a credit assessment. Financial strength is evaluated in relation to turnover, operating profit margin, solidity and liquidity.
If there is doubt the tenderer meets the requirement, the contracting authority may require further documentation of the financial capacity.

Relevant experience: The contracting authority will carry out an overall assessment of the experience documented in relation to the qualification requirement for technical and professional qualifications.
In order to select which of the qualified tenderers are selected, the scope and degree of relevance of the documented assignments will be analysed.
Description of the tenderer's reference projects, ref. point 6.5. (Reference projects stated in connection with the qualification requirement for technical and professional qualifications)
It is possible to submit additional references beyond the three that are required to fulfil the qualification requirement. A maximum of 10 references must be documented. Under the selection criterion, the references must also relate to assignments during the last 3 years.
