The Hospital Trust wants to offer a user-friendly dialysis machine, portable and without the need for water connection
The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement where the supplier is fully responsible for the machine and associated equipment, and that the hospital pays for consumables for 5 - 6 dialysis treatments per week.

The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement where the supplier is fully responsible for the machine and associated equipment, and that the hospital pays for consumables for 5 - 6 dialysis treatments per week.
This contest replaces previously cancelled tender contest 2023/85. 2 corrections have been made, MUST requirements apply, cf points 2 and 24. (The remaining is similar to the cancelled tender contest 2023/85)
The estimated value in the agreement period is between NOK 2,000,000 and NOK 8,000,000, excluding VAT. The wide range in estimated value is justified by the fact that one device for a patient is initially started.
The stated consumption/scope is an estimate for information to the tenderer, and is not binding for future contract volume.
The maximum total value of the framework agreement is NOK 9,000,000, excluding VAT. If the maximum value or the scope of the contract are exceeded before the end of the contract period, the contracting authority will have an exclusive right to terminate the contract completely or partially.
