The aim of the procurement is to enter into a joint contract for the procurement of mobile units. The main contracts will include mobile devices i.e. mobile telephones and tablets. In addition smartwatches and accompanying equipment that naturally belongs are to be delivered, such as chargers, audio devices, covers and screen savers. Furthermore, the contract will include the delivery of associated services such as operation of internet shop for ordering and leasing schemes. The Government Procurement Centre shall contribute to the public sector carrying out efficient and innovative procurements that contribute to promoting green restructuring and sustainable development. The joint agreement is expected to provide low prices, reduced total costs and a long product lifetime.

Documentation requirement:
• Description of the tenderer's three most relevant deliveries in the course of the last 3 years.
The description must include a statement of the assignment ́s value, date and recipient. It is the tenderer ́s responsibility to document relevance through the description.
If a tenderer cannot refer to a minimum of three relevant deliveries in the last 3 years, documentation of relevant deliveries older than 3 years will be considered, but not older than five years.

Documentation requirement:
• Certificate for the tenderer's quality assurance system issued by an independent body that confirms fulfilment of quality assurance standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent certificates issued by bodies in other EEA countries.
Other documentation for equivalent quality assurance measures will also be accepted if the tenderer is unable to obtain such certificates by the deadline, and this is not due to the tenderer himself. It is a prerequisite that the tenderer documents that these measures are equivalent to the requested quality assurance standard.
