The content of the procurement is the services described above and will include repairs, maintenance, and work on electrical installations and electrical equipment as stated in the brackets after each discipline. The work will also include material that is needed for the various operations where the procurement of material is regulated in Annex 9 of the framework agreement. The exception will be cases where the contracting authority itself obtains the products/material for the work, for example, equipment from its own store, or material through an existing framework agreement. The contract also comprises smaller supporting work and work that naturally falls under the discipline.

Electro S Birkenes will have the same end date as the framework agreement for electro L Birkenes, even if it has a later start-up date.

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract.

The required capacity will be assessed in relation to the contract's value, services, risk and length.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have sufficient capacity and competence at their disposal for the implementation to carry out assignments under the contract:

• A description of the tenderer's qualified personnel that can be used to fulfil the contract, including an overview of personnel with a certificate of apprenticeship within relevant disciplines.

Tenderers must have good experience from the implementation of equivalent/comparable assignments for the discipline(s) the tenderer is being submitted for:

A list with an overview and description of the tenderer's 5 most relevant assignments in the last 3 years.

The list/description must, as a minimum, contain:

• Name of customer/recipient

• Scope of the assignment

• The assignment´s value

• Delivery dates

• A short description of the delivery and the tenderer's role in the delivery

Tenderers must have good routines for quality management and HSE:

The documentation must be provided in one of the following ways:

Alternative 1: A description of the company's routines, with emphasis on quality assurance, resource management, management responsibility, and HSE.

Alternative 2: If tenderers have an ISO 9001:2000 certificate or equivalent, this will be sufficient to document fulfilment of the requirement.

Tenderers must have the necessary qualifications equivalent to those required for central certification in development class 2 in the function area ‘executing’ within the discipline being offered.

- Documentation of central certification in development class 2 for relevant disciplines.

- Alternative documentation demonstrating that the company has the necessary and relevant professional qualifications to implement measures such as ‘executing’, equivalent to development class 2 in the relevant discipline.
