Hovedtrekk ved prosedyren:
The aim of the framework agreement is to ensure the Contracting Authority good access to a functional and modern assortment of white goods, brown goods and small electrical appliances. The agreement shall cover the need for schools, nurseries, institutions and administrative units, as well as some private households where the municipality is responsible for the procurement of the goods. Private households means, for example, residences under the auspices of the refugee service and the municipality ́s residences/sheltered accommodations. Other units can also order as needed. See the annex for further information.

Rettslig grunnlag:
The procurement will be made in accordance with the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 (LOA) and the public procurement regulations dated 12 August 2016 (FOA) parts I and part III. The contract will be awarded in accordance with the 'Open Tender Contest' procedure, cf. FOA § 13-1 (1). Negotiations are not allowed in this competition.

The tenderer's experience Requirement: Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts. Documentation: Description of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last three (3) years. The description must include a statement of the contracting authority, name of reference at the contracting authority with a statement of telephone number and email address, name of the assignment, the assignment ́s value/project cost/contract value of the tenderer and the relevance of the assignment as seen in connection with what is stated in this qualification requirement. The contracting authority reserves the right to contact the references in order to verify these.
